Patient Registration
Any patient can register in this system. The patient just needs an wallet(account) to log in to the system and after filling some required details the patient can be register by the system.
View Medical Records
A particular patient can only view his/her medical records and no one else not even doctors can view it. This renders the patient in full control of his/her data.
